I haven’t read it since Pain resurrected everyone who died in the town. So it really took him this long to reveal that Obito is Tobi?

And yes, it did, there was a flashback scene with Kakashi and Obito being bros throughout the whole chapter, and the revelation is in the last panel. 

This isn’t being spoon-fed anymore, this is being… Pipes-through-the-back-of-your-neck-forcing-down-nourishment-fed.

If you already know that the zombies are being defeated with the power of friendship, you can probably just start reading at this chapter, you won’t miss much.
